The Adams County Healthcare Foundation dba Thrifty Shoppe is now accepting applications for scholarships and grants. The scholarships are available to any graduating senior pursuing higher education, any continuing college students, and any individual that is going back to pursue higher education. The applicants must reside in Adams County to be eligible. The grants are open to any business/organization within Adams County. The applications can picked up at the Thrifty Shoppe and the Council Library. The deadline to apply is March 25, 2025. All applications will be voted on by the board in April.
