Elsie Colleen Coriell (Beigh), 88, passed away peacefully in Boise, Idaho, on August 4, 2024. Born on December 15, 1935, in Cambridge, Idaho, Colleen lived a full and vibrant life. She graduated from Cambridge High School in 1954 and later attended Links School of Business in 1967, where she studied administration and typing.
Colleen is survived by her son, Mark Coriell; daughter, Valerie Coriell; five grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Thomas Coriell, and their son, Gregory Coriell.
A lover of travel and reading, Colleen was known for her warm heart and the genuine friendships she formed with everyone she met. She was also an avid gardener with a passion for making her home and garden a beautiful space. As a devoted grandmother, she cherished spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Colleen took pride in her independence and quick wit, and her talent for quilting was remarkable, creating countless beautiful quilts for her loved ones.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the Idaho Fish and Wildlife Foundation, honoring Colleen’s love for nature and wildlife. No memorial service will be held at this time.
