Karin was born in Town and Country, Mo. to Donald William Peukert and Margaret Jean Munger Peukert Kelley on January 5, 1975. She joined her big Sister Mary Jeanette Peukert Friel.
Karin lived in Pacific, Gray Summit and Warrenton, Missouri before moving with her Mother and Sister, future Stepfather and Brothers, Thomas and Curtis, to Washington state in 1979. Oldest Brother, Jimmie, joined them later. From there, the family moved to California for a year and a half before moving back to Washington. They remained there until 1993, when her Mother and Stepfather moved to Council, Idaho. Karin attended schools in Sumner, Washington, Lompoc, California, and Eatonville, Washington before completing her Senior year and graduating from Council High School with the class of 1994.
Karin met and married Justin Wilkinson May 27, 1995. Their daughter, Haillie Nicole (Balle) was born October, 1997.
Karin met and married Jeremie Wall December 29, 2001. Jeremie brought a son, Jackson Jay Wall to this marriage. Their son, Mikaid Porter Wall was born June, 2000. Kassidi Paige Wall completed the family in October 2002.
Karin met Riley Hall, the love of her life in 2010 and they became a family with his 4 children, Spencer, Lexi, Farrah and Dylan. They resided in Weiser, Idaho.
Karin was a spunky, compassionate, loving and caring individual. She fostered several kids through the years. She was always willing to lend a hand where she could. She loved crafts and loved making things along with photography.
Karin worked at Farmers Supply Coop in Council, Ridley’s in Weiser and Maverik in Payette and Weiser. She had an outgoing personality and enjoyed the public. She suffered from an injury to her rotator cuff and was limited at what she was able to do in recent years.
Karin loved her kids with all of her heart and was very proud of their accomplishments. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Karin will be missed by her family and friends. She leaves her partner of nearly 14 years, Riley Hall, her children, Haillie (Cody)Balle, Mikaid Wall, Kassidi (Ethan Rieker) Wall, Jackson (Emily) Wall, (Grandchildren, Jess and John), Spencer, Lexi, Farrah and Dylan Hall. Her Father, Donald Peukert, Step Mother, Vicky Peukert, Mother, Margaret Jean Kelley, Brothers, Jimmie (Sheila), Thomas (Catherine) and Sister in Law, Susan Kelley, Sister Mary (Richard) Friel, Lora (Justin) Warner, Lisa (Brandon) Blanchard and a multitude of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, 1 Great Aunt, Isabelle McCullough and a host of friends.
Karin was preceded in death by her Grandparents, an Aunt Sandra Schroeder, Uncle Herman Peukert, Stepfather, Jimmie Kelley, Sr., Riley’s Grandmother, Georgia Wilman, and her Brother, Curtis Kelley. Her Niece, Shiana Kelley, passed May 13, 2024.
Services will be held July 20th at her Mother’s home, 2040 Highway 95, Council, Id., at 2:00 p.m. Please bring a lawn chair and dress comfortably. A dinner will be served. Meat, potato salad and baked beans will be provided. Salads or desserts would be welcome.
