3 Sisters Compete in Boise Ironman

Sisters Valerie Armichardy, Ramona Beyuka and Aicha Hull competed as a team at the half Ironman Triathlon in Boise on Saturday. Aicha swam 1.2 miles, Ramona cycled 56 miles and Valerie ran 13.1 miles. They finished in 5 hours and 44 minutes and were the 4th female relay team out of 19 teams.
