It was a very short Midvale City Council meeting Monday evening. Since there was no activity on grants and no airport, water or park reports, the council simply opened bids for three projects.

Freedom Sprinklers was approved to provide park sprinkler maintenance. Metcalf Lawn Services was approved to do the park spraying. The surplus equipment which was advertised in the paper received two bids. Winning bid for the old Chevy S10 pickup was $503.75 from Garret Springer.

The next regular meeting of the council will be February 9 at 7:00 p.m..
