Correction: July 17 Council City Council Agenda Item

‍Editor’s Note: The below is the correct reporting from the recent Council city council meeting regarding the Idleman’s property.

Ryan Idleman recently purchased a 5-acre parcel at the corner of Exeter and Hwy 95 within City limits. It will be extremely difficult to get City services to his location. He originally wanted to request to de-annex from City limits but decided it would be best to stay within city limits and ask for an agreement to be able to have a septic system and a well. Council members agreed that this was the best option and approved having a septic system and a well, under the terms that if either one of his system fails and city services are provided to this location, he must hook into them.
