Friday Night Lights

The Tri-Valley Titans kicked off their football season this week with a home game on Friday, August 30th. It was the Tri-Valley Titans vs. the Notus Pirates.

The Titans started strong with the first quarter ending with the Titans ahead 12-6. They held their stance through the 2nd quarter but the 3rd quarter it was clear that player #3, Jace Waggoner, was determined to win. Scoring another touchdown brought the score to 18-6.

It seemed as if Tri-Valley were going to dominate the game but Notus held strong with the 3rd quarter ending in 24-20 with the Titans in the lead still.

These kids played a great game and there was tons of team spirit oozing from the student section. It became a tight game near the end, but #3 Jace Waggoner brought home the win with touchdown after touchdown. The final Score was 38-32.

What a great way to kick off the season. Wonderful job Tri-Vally Titans!
