These three photos of the bridge replacement project over Hornet Creek on Old Hornet Road were taken by Matt Clayton on December 8. Work has progressed since this date and is scheduled to be complete by the end of December according to the Local Highway Technical Assistance Council (LHTAC). The work is being completed by Moreno & Nelson Construction Corp. for a cost of $2,103,950. Moreno & Nelson also have the project over Grays Creek in Indian Valley. That project is expected to be completed in Spring 2026 for a cost of $2,075,936, according to LHTAC.
