Hello, My name is Elise Shumway and I am 16 years old. I am writing to thank you for buying my blue ribbon market steer, Rooster, at the 2024 Adams county fair. This was my first year to show a steer at the fair and my third year to show in FFA , and you have helped make it another fun experience for me. I hope Rooster Tastes really good and gives you a lot of meat to eat.
I will put my money into a savings account. I will use it for college to one day hopefully become a vet assistant and a pig farmer. Also I will use it to buy my steer and his feed for the fair next year.
I am excited to take another market steer to the fair next year. I plan to do fair for 2 more years. I have learned a lot about raising a steer and getting him ready for the fair. Mostly, I learned to take care of my steer and how to train my steer for fair.

This was my ninth year to show at the fair and my third year showing in FFA, and you have helped make it another fun experience for me. I hope she is the best Honey in the hive and that she tastes really good and that you get a lot of Honey glazed ham out of her.
