Tool Time Opens in Cambridge
Tool Time and Outdoor Gear Rental and Consignment is a new business located in the Golden Rule building in Cambridge. Owner Joe Pierson has lived in the valley for many years and chose Cambridge for his new business because he has friends in the area and enjoys the feel of small towns. He has served in the Air Force and is a retired electrical contractor.
His business will primarily offer electric tools, with a few battery-operated ones. An example of the types of tools he will have available for rent include a pressure washer, paint sprayer, an electric and a gas chainsaw, and a sawzall. He will expand his tool inventory based on the needs and requests of the community. In addition to renting tools, Joe will also offer outdoor gear for rent, including tents, a raft, lifejackets, paddles, and other miscellaneous rafting equipment.
Joe plans to have a grand opening on Saturday, August 16th when he will have hotdogs available for his customers.
Tool Time hours will be Monday – Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Items will rent by the day or week. His shop is located at 120 N Superior on the northwest end of the Golden Rule building.
