Cross Country

The Tri-Valley Titan girls won 2nd place in the District III championship on October 23rd. Emma Barton came in 4th place overall and Adelyn Barton came in 8th place. The Tri-Valley Titan Boys also won 2nd place in their District III championship. Wyatt Stiff finished the course in 2nd place over all and Peyton Waters finished 6th.

Council boys finished 6th as a team at districts. Sophomore Greer Green finished 11th overall and he will be racing at state.

The state Cross Country Championship will be on November 2nd at Eagle Island State Park in Eagle.

Football

The Council Lumberjacks are the #4 seed going into the state championship playoff. They have a first round bye and will play the winner of Dietrich vs. Challis which is on November 1st. Council will host this game.

The Tri-Valley Titans will play North Gem in the first round of the playoffs on Friday, November 1st in Cambridge.

Volleyball

Council and Tri-Valley played in the district tournament on October 23rd. Tri-Valley lost in the first round to Salmon River. Council was a #2 seed in the tournament. They were defeated by Horseshoe Bend but were then able to beat Salmon River for second place in the district tournament. They advance to the state tournament on October 31st where they will meet Horseshoe Bend again, a very strong team. The game is at 3:00 p.m..
