Western Timber to be Acquired by OrePac

It was announced on February 26th that OrePac Building Products will be acquiring Western Timber Products, which operates a production facility in Council. A press release from OrePac states that the deal is expected to close around the beginning of April.

The OrePac website states that they are a family owned business with locations across the west with their closest branch being in Boise.

Western Timber Products website lists their headquarters in Coeur d’Alene  with a production facility in Weiser, in addition to the production facility in Council.
