WICHC and its CHNA Partners, St. Luke’s, Southwest District Health, St. Al’s, Weiser Memorial Hospital, and United Way of Treasure Valley—all working together with partners like the Adams County Health Center (ACHC) and the Adams County Health Action Team (ACHAT) to better understand the health needs of our 10-county region. Completing the survey takes less than 10 minutes.
