This year sure has been going fast. Here we are already approaching fall. I do like fall the best of all the seasons. The only drawback is that snow is just around the corner. I am not fond of winter at all!
If you would like a nice cool place to enjoy lunch and to visit, come have lunch with us. We serve lunch at 12 noon on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. For Take-Out Meals, please call in your order by 10:00 a.m. and pick up is from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. If you are ordering multiple meals please try and call in the day before. The September menus are ready for pick up at the Center.
The menu for the coming week: Friday September 26th: Bacon & Eggs, Hashbrowns, Biscuits & Gravy, Fruit w/Cottage Cheese, and Dessert. Tuesday September 30th: French Dip Sandwich w/Su Joe, Pasta Salad, Peas, Green Salad, Fruit, and Dessert. Wednesday October 1st: Pork Loin Roast, Au Gratin Potatoes, Roll, Applesauce, Green Salad, and Dessert.
Our next Bingo will be on October 3rd. There was no blackout winner so the pot is goes to $60 and Jared will be calling 51 numbers. Unless something comes up, we have bingo on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month. For new players, folks start showing up around 6:30 p.m. or after and Jared starts calling at 7:00 p.m. It costs a quarter per card, and you can play as many cards as you want.
