Howard Keithley Jr., 98, of Midvale passed away May 23, 2026. in Annex. A Graveside service will be held Saturday June 13, 2026 @ 11:00 a.m. at the Keithley Creek Cemetery in Midvale. In lieu of flowers the family has asked if donations would be made to he Midvale Fire Department. Arrangements are under the direction of Thomason Funeral Home.
