According to a press release from the Payette National Forest, the Weiser Ranger District office will be re-opening and the Council Ranger District office will have new hours. The Supervisor’s office in McCall also has new hours.
Effective July 13 the Weiser District office will be open to the public Monday and Tuesday, 8:00 a.m. to noon and 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m..
The Council Ranger District Office will be open to the public Wednesday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to noon and 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m..
And the Supervisor’s Office in McCall will be open to the public Wednesday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to noon and 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m..
The Weiser office had been closed since last year and the Council office had been open Monday - Friday while District offices in McCall, New Meadows, and Krassel remained closed at this time.
Firewood permits, maps, and passes will be available for sale during the operating hours listed above.
